Field Service Engineer

• My client is a global power tool manufacturer.
• They are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to repair and service customers tool and equipment on site and at their premises.
• Working as part of a nationwide team of Field Service Engineers, to repair, rework and service power tools.
• Record repair/service jobs, capturing all necessary information.
• Repairing power tools of various types.
• Interact well with customers.
• Good diagnostic skills.
• Identify the correct parts needed to complete repairs.
• Liaise with customers on tool repair progress.
• Order parts.
• Knowledge of both electrical and mechanical components is essential.
• Ideally an experienced Field Service Engineer in a similar role.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
