Job Title - Field Technician
Locations - To cover North Wales Llandudno area, Head office based in Malvern.
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent
Hours - 37.5 hours with overtime available
Salary - £23,410 pa
We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team in North Wales, Llandudno area - Head office will be based in Malvern.

The role involves visiting various sites, primarily undertaking field measurements of water quantity (flow), depth, quality, rainfall etc. Additionally, responsibilities include the installing, operating, and maintaining of telemetry logging equipment.

Essential

• A passion for working outdoors in all weathers conditions
• Comfortable working in water, strong swimming skills
• Confidence in working at heights, such as using ladders, and ease in working within confined spaces.
• Good level of computer literacy (MS Office applications – Word, Excel)
• Valid UK driving license with a satisfactory driving history
• Demonstrates awareness of potential risks and safety protocols
• Holds GCSE qualifications or their equivalent in Geography, Maths, and English, or a
• background in an environmental-related discipline
• Experienced in hands-on tasks, including use of power and hand tools
• Willing to travel as required
• Possess a valid UK driver's license for 12 months +

Experience

• Full training is provided, therefore prior experience is not required provided you possess the essential skills listed above
• Experience with Hydrometric field data collection is beneficial but not essential
