Job Duties:- Provide administrative support to the finance team
- Assist in the discreet closing of historic Purchase Orders in D365
- Conduct accounting reconciliations
- Process and track invoices, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects
- Background in accounts payable or Finance Administration
- Experience in conducting reconciliations
- Knowledge of finance ERP systems
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance Administration or related role
Knowledge and Skills:- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of financial processes and procedures
- Experience with D365 or other similar finance systems
