Job description

Qualifications: Background in accounts payable or Finance Administration, experience in reconciliations, knowledge of finance ERP systems

Skills: Providing administrative support for the finance team, discreet closing of historic Purchase Orders in D365, conducting accounting reconciliations, general administrative tasks

Job Duties:
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team
  • Assist in the discreet closing of historic Purchase Orders in D365
  • Conduct accounting reconciliations
  • Process and track invoices, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects
Required Qualifications:
  • Background in accounts payable or Finance Administration
  • Experience in conducting reconciliations
  • Knowledge of finance ERP systems
Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance Administration or related role

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of financial processes and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with D365 or other similar finance systems
