My client is a large law firm looking for a Property Office Admin to join their property team in Lichfield.
Description
Creating schedules for bulk lease extension
General secretarial support
Closing files and archiving
Downloading registrations from Land Registry, review and report to fee earners and clients
Assisting with managing lease extension projects
Raising invoices/ payment requests
Diary entries/ chasing matters etc
Drafting FTT applications & preparing bundles, setting up court hearings
Lodging UN1 applications at the Land Registry
Dealing with post completion matters/ registrations/ ledger queries/ sending documents to clients following registration/ dealing with ledger queries before archiving files/ archiving forms
Expediting matters at Land Registry
Drafting RXC and other RX forms and lodging at Land Registry
Corresponding with lenders/ drafting Deeds of Substituted Security
Dating and scanning documents following completionProfile
