Role: Finance Administrator
Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 Per Annum (Negotiable)
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
Holiday Entitlement: 23 Days Annual Leave
About the role:
AsFinance Administratoryour duties will be:
Credit Control;
- Dealing with queries via telephone and emails.
- Working to reduce debt over 60 days.
- Client Statements
- Allocation Of Cash
- Month End Procedures
Accounts Receivable;
- Raising Sales Invoicing for multiple Clients
- Raising applications for payment
- Raising Monthly re-occurring invoices.
- Month End Procedures
Accounts Payable;
- Dealing with queries via telephone and emails.
- Timesheet Reconciliations
- Expenses Reconciliation
- Matching and Coding Purchase Invoices
- Supplier Statement reconciliations
- Payment Runs
- Month End Procedures
- Reporting
About you:
- Previous experience within a finance department.
- Driver's license and own transport
- Strong relationship building experience.
- End to end process experience
- Attention to detail.
- Strong excel skills.
- Sage Line 50 experience
