Role and Key Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll tackle an array of essential duties, including:
- Full Payroll Processing: Master the art of efficient and precise payroll management, ensuring our employees are paid on time, every time.
- Starters/Leavers/SPP/SMP: Handle the intricacies of new hires, departures, Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP), and Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP) with expertise and care.
- Communication with External Stakeholders: Engage confidently with external parties to address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
- Query Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exhibit stellar verbal and written communication abilities, facilitating seamless interactions with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Extensive Payroll Experience: Bring a robust background in payroll management from a bureau, practice, or umbrella company, demonstrating your capability to handle diverse payroll scenarios.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with payroll software such as IRIS, Star, or Sage will set you apart, showcasing your adaptability to various payroll systems.
- Salary: £32,000 - £37,000
