Description
- Assist with accounting and finance tasks
- Support the finance team in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Assist with the preparation of weekly/monthly reports
- Assist with other accounting projects
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
- Perform database backups
- Work with the finance team to achieve financial objectives
- Assist with the preparation of budgets or forecasts
Profile
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
- Experience working within an accounts function
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Good understanding of mathematics and statistics
- Ability to work to deadlines
