Finance Administrator

Gi Group Nottingham are proud to be working with a well established telecommunications company based in Colwick, NG4 for a Finance Administrator to join their finance department.
This is a permanent position with the salary being £25,750 per year.
Working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with an earlier finish on a Friday.
The Finance Administrator role is to provide support to the finance team in the delivery of the client's financial accounting function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Importing sales invoices from a bespoke system into Sage
- Posting purchase invoices into Sage
- Raising credits
- Reconciling the monthly credit card
- Commissions checks
- Identifying and correcting partner commissions
- Handling incoming calls and queries from partners
- Analysis of commissions data
- Processing expenses
- Raising manual invoices
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience of working in an accounts and/or admin office
- Strong excel skills and experience using Sage 50.
