Working 37.5 hours a week as a Finance Administrator, you will utilise your skillset within a healthcare environment as you turn your hand to everything finance admin-related, including assisting with the management of petty cash, managing the purchase order processing system and much more.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Paying Out Patient Monies and Reconciliation
  • Issuing and reconciliation of petty cash
  • Covering Ordering goods and services
  • Reconciling and banking ad hoc cash
  • Banking, shop monies
  • Recording and storage of patient  property
  • Covering for annual leave of Senior Finance Administrator
  • To cover and complete ad-hoc duties as required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of EXCEL, SAGE and Outlook would be an advantage
  • Confidence in handling cash and dealing with online accounts such as Amazon and TFL
  • GCSE certificate, Grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent 
  • Accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and diligence are displayed in the accomplishment of all assigned duties with a minimum of direct supervision.
