As an experienced Finance Administrator, you will take pride in ensuring accuracy of financial transactions and up-to-date records, in line with legal and regulatory standards. What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling transactions, ensuring accurate payments, and updating payments securely and promptly.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling bank transactions.
- Processing business expenses.
- Processing payroll deductions and change requests.
- Verifying large transactions to prevent financial crime.
- Accurately verifying and storing relevant documentation.
- General ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence to deal with customers both over the phone and in writing.
- An organised approach and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- First-class attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.
- Excellent numeracy skills and ability to analyse, interpret, and present data.
- Proficiency in IT systems including MS Office, especially Excel.
- The ability to work under pressure and remain calm while being a great team player.
