Our client is a growing, successful Financial company that offers accounting and various other modern-age processing ways to help finance Managers with their career progression. Due to the continued success of the business, the team are expanding by looking to acquire the services of an experienced Finance Administrator to join the team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company of over 20 years. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in processing Financial documents and Following Financial Legislation, regulations, laws, and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and collate due diligence information, including appropriate compliance documentation, cash transfer processes and post-completion follow-up.
* Answering queries via email and phone.
* Coordinate company secretarial matters, including documentation for board and shareholder meetings.
* Handling high net-worth clients, lawyers and other professionals
* Ensure regulatory and statutory filings are made on time, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
* Processing Financial/Fund documentation.
* Other general administration tasks.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in Finance Administration.
* Demonstratable experience in following Financial Legislation, regulations, and laws.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Client confidentiality.
* Personable and Customer Service lead.
Additional Information:
* Hours- 8.30 am - 5 pm, Office based.
* Office team of 12.
* Full training provided.
