Job description

My client, a small, friendly, successful company in the engineering sector is in search of a bright and efficient Finance Administrator to support the financial operations.

This role will report into the General Manager and will play a fundamental role in the day-to-day financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with standard procedures and regulations.

To being with you will b tasked with basic book-keeping and accounts payable functions (data entry, posting of invoices and credit notes etc) and gradually, over time you will be trained and given greater responsibility to cover and work on other key accounts and finance administration work.

Some previous administration / finance administration experience is desirable, but most importantly, this role will suit someone who is a self-starter, enjoys 'learning on the job’, has a good eye for detail and enjoys working for a stable company.
