Finance Administrator
Location: Chepstow
Position: Full time or Part time, Permanent + Hybrid / Flexible working
Salary: Up to £25,000 p/a + benefits

Their expertise and specialism in their field has resulted in great success for the business, globally. Due to growth and high demand in their sector, we are looking for a highly organised and personable Finance Administrator to join their family-feel team.
This role will support the Finance Team with additional Administrative support. The successful individual will need to have the ability to work to tight deadlines, having natural attention to detail.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to progress and step up their career and will involve being part of an energetic, knowledgeable team, in a busy office, where no day will be the same.
We believe in creating a work / life balance. Our client is open to discussing part time, flexible and hybrid work to maintain this. It could also offer an excellent opportunity for graduates.
Responsibilities of Finance Administrator:
- Keep all financial systems up to date and accurate
- Processing and uploading expenses through the inhouse system
- Raising sales invoices and credit notes in line with purchase orders
- Processing purchase ledger invoices and obtaining approvals
- Dealing with internal and external finance queries
- Reviewing reports and matching costs to revenue
- Assisting the Finance Manager with the month end
- Performing accounting and administration duties related to the processing of Accounts
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous relevant experience or qualifications
- Ability to work in a busy environment and dynamically in a team
- Planning and organisational abilities, able to prioritise workload accordingly and work to tight deadlines
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Maths & English)
- Proficient across Microsoft platforms, Excel in particular
