Finance Administrator required for our world-renowned logistics client in Fradley Park, Lichfield.
This is ongoing agency work with the potential of becoming permanent in the future.
Immediate start
Rate of pay : £23000-£25000 (depending on experience)
Hours of work: 0900-1700 (7.5 hours per day) - there may be a bit of flexibility with start time
Days of work: Monday to Friday
The Role:
- Data Entry, validating information
- Creating and manipulating Excel spreadsheets. Working knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUPS is essential
- Validation of information from 3rd parties
- Creating consolidated backup for invoicing
- Repetitive, yet important work
Required:
- A high level of attention to detail
- Working experience with Microsoft Excel (inc VLOOKUPS and pivot tables)
- Reliable and helpful attitude
- Be available to start immediately
- Own transport, or live locally to Fradley Park (public transport is limited)
