Senior Administrator Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent administration services for the Underwriting team and provide dedicated support to the Head of Administration
- Regularly liaise with the underwriting and sales team to gather further information on deals
- Assist with land registry searches, credit searches, bankruptcy searches and authenticate searches to support the completion of deals
- Carry out in-depth reports and use data to update and distribute statistics
- Undertake finance administration tasks which includes processing monthly direct debits, card payments, and invoices
- Make verification calls to customers to ensure all information gathered is accurate
- Highlight underwriting decisions
- Generate welcome letters and issue redemption figures
Senior Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Previous administration experience is essential, and it would be beneficial if this had been gained within the finance sector
- Possesses Maths and English GCSE, grade C or above
- Excellent data entry skills, able to work with accuracy and maintain client records
- Strong time management and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and efficiently manage a busy workload
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create and update spreadsheets
- Has a positive attitude with a 'can-do' attitude and a keen eye for detail
