The role

This role is to support the administration of the Finance team through reconciliations, invoice posting, recharges to suppliers and the processing of credit cards and expenses.

This is a varied role that is key to the smooth operation of many areas of the team and would suit an experienced operator looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced and fun organisation.

The key responsibilities are:


  • Process and post credit card and cash expenses
  • Create invoices to suppliers
  • Respond to queries from salespeople, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Monitoring of recharge accounts, with regular reconciliation
  • Balance sheet and statement reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of control accounts and bank accounts
  • Post invoices and cash
  • Assist with and provide cover for purchase ledger
  • Intercompany reconciliation
  • Support Financial Controllers as required

About you


  • Experience in purchase ledger or within a Finance team
  • Experience with complex reconciliations
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Strong IT skills including Excel
  • Ability to effectively communicate to a large range of people both internally and externally
  • Experience working with stock would be desirable
  • Knowledge of MS NAV would be desirable

This is a permanent role and will be based out of our London office in Clapham. We offer hybrid working policy to enable flexibility.
