The role
This role is to support the administration of the Finance team through reconciliations, invoice posting, recharges to suppliers and the processing of credit cards and expenses.
This is a varied role that is key to the smooth operation of many areas of the team and would suit an experienced operator looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced and fun organisation.
The key responsibilities are:
- Process and post credit card and cash expenses
- Create invoices to suppliers
- Respond to queries from salespeople, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitoring of recharge accounts, with regular reconciliation
- Balance sheet and statement reconciliations
- Reconciliation of control accounts and bank accounts
- Post invoices and cash
- Assist with and provide cover for purchase ledger
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Support Financial Controllers as required
About you
- Experience in purchase ledger or within a Finance team
- Experience with complex reconciliations
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong IT skills including Excel
- Ability to effectively communicate to a large range of people both internally and externally
- Experience working with stock would be desirable
- Knowledge of MS NAV would be desirable

This is a permanent role and will be based out of our London office in Clapham. We offer hybrid working policy to enable flexibility.
