37 hours per week - Monday - Friday 9-5
Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a Finance Administrator to support on a temporary basis to start ASAP.
You would be based in a busy and fast paced team within Children and Families Services with key responsibilities including:
- A wide range of finance administration tasks, including invoicing, working with data on spreadsheets, database management etc.
- Provide a range of business support services to the team, taking ownership and responsibility of tasks.
- Respond to wide range of internal and external enquiries via email and over the telephone.
- Responsible for escalating urgent issues and resolving at the point of contact where possible.
Essential skills/experience:
- Finance/invoicing experience
- Excellent administration and IT skills (confident user of Microsoft Teams/Excel/Word)
- Exceptional customer service skills,
