We are currently looking for two talented and motivated Project Administrators to join our team in our Bristol office. This role can be worked flexibly with a minimum of three days a week in the office and the remainder at home.
What does the role involve?
As the Project Administrator you'll provide timely, efficient and professional project administration support to Project Managers using the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and project database.
The Project Administrator will be responsible for:
- Setting up and updating projects in the ERP system, ensuring the system reflects the latest financial position by liaising with Project Managers.
- Supporting, coordinating and facilitating the adherence to agreed processes and procedures.
- Working within the Project Support team to assist Building Control surveyors with the creation and issuing of statutory documents, including the Initial Notice and Final Certificate.
- Creating and issuing fee proposals.
- Reviewing and following up of tasks.
- Processing fee acceptances from proposal to Live project status.
- Liaising with Project Managers to ensure invoices and applications for payment are issued in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and actioning project related reports using the ERP systems as requested by Senior Project Support.
- Reviewing and closing down of projects.
- Working with Project Support colleagues to ensure clients and technical colleagues receive a prompt, professional and efficient service.
- Acting as a key participant in the Project Support Community.
To be successful in this role you’ll possess:
An understanding of financial project management systems and process would be advantageous, however the main qualities we are looking for are a strong work ethic, a can do attitude and the ability to follow process and multi task. Full training will be provided in terms of the role as long as you have some administrative skills and competence in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams (Intermediate).
