Location: Machynlleth

Salary: Up to GBP32,000

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in Machynlleth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process invoices, expense claims, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Provide support in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
• Purchase invoice posting
• Process Purchase invoices
• Process Supplier & payroll payments via e-banking
• Process Weekly payroll (up to 30 Ees) including journals
• Reconcile PAYE account
• Process & accurately file New Starter documents
• Process cash takings and banking

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Finance Administrator/Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
