Job Title: Finance Administrator

Salary: Up to GBP32,000

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in Machynlleth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Provide support in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
- Purchase invoice posting
- Process Purchase invoices
- Process Supplier & payroll payments via e-banking
- Process Weekly payroll (up to 30 Ees) including journals
- Reconcile PAYE account
- Process & accurately file New Starter documents
- Process cash takings and banking
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Finance Administrator/Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
