We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Treasury and Funding Administrator to join our Finance team in a fixed term contract (Maternity Cover) for 12 months. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and timely funding of new vehicles, while upholding our commitment to excellent customer service.

WHAT'S THE ROLE
Manage new vehicle funding workload, guaranteeing on-track monthly funding.
Support a small team by providing coaching and ensuring objective achievement.
Oversee assigned funder ledgers, identifying and addressing needed support, and prioritising tasks for timely reconciliation.
Implement process changes requested by senior management and funders.
Collaborate across teams to share best practices and maintain consistency.
Develop and improve team systems, processes, and controls for efficient operations and backup coverage.
Proactively engage with customers to address key issues, preventing escalation and resolving complaints effectively.
