Job Description
- Develop financial models and provide analytical support for business decision making.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
- Present financial reports to the team leaders, directors, and stakeholders.
- Identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and drive financial understanding across the business.
- Comply with all financial regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Analyst should have:
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Be a qualified accountant (ACA ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in major financial software programs.
