I am working with a Cosmetic and Beauty Retail company based in Central London with operations in the UK and internationally hiring a qualified Accountant to join the business as a Finance Analyst. You will be working for a collaborative and supportive business that promotes career progression, reporting into the Head of Finance.
Your new role
- Financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes;
- Financial modelling;
- Monitoring of KPIs;
- Financial reporting;
- Variance analysis to explain budget vs. actual performance and recommend corrective actions;
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA qualified from a Top 4, straight from practice or with industry experience;
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis;
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Industry experience within the Retail sector is preferred.
