As the Liquidity & ALM Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing analytics and reporting on Liquidity Risk and interest rate risk in the banking book ('IRRBB’). Looking to speak to existing Finance Analysts with relevant sector & regulatory knowledge - the successful candidate with demonstrate a dynamic professional with a flexible approach to support and lead diverse projects in this growing Treasury function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze liquidity exposures, conduct cash flow forecasting, and produce projections to ensure effective management of key liquidity metrics within specified limits.
- Analyze IRRBB metrics and implement suitable hedging strategies to ensure compliance with predetermined limits.
- Develop forward-looking liquidity and balance sheet indicators to proactively identify and address potential future risks.
- Assist in the production and development of essential financial documents, including ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery Plan, and risk appetite reviews.
- Contribute to the development of stress testing and cashflow modelling initiatives.
- Support the completion of treasury-related regulatory reporting returns.
- Actively contribute to various Treasury projects and provide coverage for fellow team members when required.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree qualified in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics or Finance, or possess an equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven experience in Liquidity Risk, AML, IRRBB within a Treasury department function (or equivalent)
This position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 plus benefits. The role involves working 2 days per week at the London (City) office.
