This is a fantastic opportunity for a part qualified account to work in a commercial role and develop their skillset. This Finance Analyst role will work closely alongside a close knit finance team and gain the benefit of their knowledge and expertise. Since the business is growing, the Finance Analyst can expect to see promotion opportunities in the future.
The Role
The Finance Analyst's duties will include:
- Preparation of weekly and month end accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Provide finance advice and support to the operating site
- Ensure financial controls, processes and disciplines are in place
- Provide support in analysing current and past trends in key performance areas
- Assist with preparation of budgets, forecasts and reforecasting
The Person
The requirements for the Finance Analyst role are:
- Experience in a finance or management accounts function
- Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations
- Part qualified ACCA/CIMA. Those that are qualified by experience may be considered.
- Strong system skills including advanced Excel
- Ambitious and eager to learn
