The Opportunity

Due to this growth, our client is looking to expand their finance team!
As Finance Analyst you'll be joining a company that has evolved and grown significantly in recent years and with a strong 5-year business plan this period of growth is set to continue.
About you...
You will support the Financial Controller with the day-to-day financial processes ensuring the efficient and effective running of the accounts department.
You will be confident and comfortable dealing with sub-contractors and engineers, ideally you will have experience of CIS returns, if not full training can be given.
To be successful in this role you'll be confident in assisting with accurate cost accounting processes, reporting cashflow, submitting VAT returns, processing credit card and staff expenses.
You are also happy to deal with the transactional duties such as purchase ledger and sales ledger.
You'll be ambitious, have a keen eye for detail and have a proactive approach. Above all, you have a can-do attitude and know when to press on with tasks and when to stop and seek help.
Ideally, you'll be studying towards your AAT qualifications, if you're qualified by experience that's fine too.
