The role
You will support the team with a variety of duties, including:
- Posting cash receipts and updating the cashbook on daily basis
- Updating the bank reconciliations and liaising with the finance team to resolve unreconciled transactions
- Assist Accounts payable and Staff expense team
- Providing support and information to the Finance team and wider business
About you
We are seeking someone who has the potential to excel in meticulous transaction reconciliation, with a keenness for continuous learning and skill development. You will be capable of both collaborative teamwork and independent initiative; you can work well in a remote support environment and are willing to commute to London twice a week.
You will also have:
- Understanding of financial systems and processes
- Strong numerical and analytical skills and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in MS Excel – VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
