SalaryConsortium are pleased to be partnering with this long standing and highly successful business in our local area. They are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team.
In the Finance Assistant role, you will support the Financial Controller enabling you to gain valuable experience across all aspects of accounting and expand your knowledge.
Duties:
- Purchase ledger - process invoices and assist in matching transactions
- Reconciliations across all ledgers including nominal, purchase ledger and debtor accounts
- Producing reports for cashflow ETA's
- Supporting month end management accounting
- First point of contact for freight payable accounts and coordinate with team members to address invoice discrepancies
We're seeking someone who is organised, adaptable, and has a solid grasp of accounting principles. If you're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Proficiency in Microsoft Packages is essential, and experience with SAP is a bonus.
