We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join a global manufacturing company based in Morley as a Finance Assistant. This is an amazing role for an entry level candidate to start their career as a Finance Assistant with an employer who will invest heavily in your career development.
Our client will cover the cost of your Financial exams and support your studies by providing time off when needed.
Hours: Office based - Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm
Friday 8am-4pm (Flexibility can be offered)
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum
The Role:
- Payroll duties using Sage 50
- Producing reports for production and ordering of stock
- Raising purchase orders
- Sales and Purchase ledger duties
- Matching up invoices
- Undertaking data capture projects
- Book keeping
- Reconciling accounts
- Processing expenses
The Candidate:
- Educated to A-level standard, including a minimum of C GCSE grade for Maths
- Keen interest in pursuing a career in Finance and undertaking study
- Strong standard of numerical skills
- Interest in data analysis
- Ambitious
