SalaryWe are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant / Accounts & Operations Assistant for an UHNW family office in Central London with a large super prime residential property portfolio.
Working as part of a small team of 5 people, as Finance Assistant / Accounts & Operations Assistant, you will be focused on supporting the Finance Director and Operations Director, assisting with bookkeeping and accounting, deputising for the Director of Operations and accompanying them on property visits throughout the UK and Europe, and providing general admin support to the office. Duties will include creating and managing documents, expense processing, bank reconciliations, month and year end closing tasks, budgets, audits, project management and filing.
The ideal candidate for this Finance Assistant / Accounts & Operations Assistant role will have family office experience and strong accounting experience. A knowledge of Xero would be a bonus.
The role will require you being office based 5 days a week in Central London, with core hours between 9.30 am to 5.30 pm, and being open to some light travel for site visits – usually 1-2 days overnight during the week within the UK and Europe.
