We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Finance Assistant, you will support the site Management Accountant with a broad range of financial tasks.
Specifically, you will be responsible for monthly balance sheet reconciliations, updating our site Yield File and reviewing aged payables, liaising with Accounts Payable and suppliers to ensure balance is kept to a minimum.
Processing customer orders, you will raise and receipt purchase orders as required, ensuring an efficient site invoice matching process by working closely with our Accounts Payable and other site teams.
Additionally, you will:
- Reconcile the site credit card
- Identify inefficiencies through analysis, advising on improvements
- Support the systemisation and automation of manual administration processes
- Provide budgeting and forecasting support
- Undertake periodic financial tasks
About You
To join us as a Finance Assistant, you will need:
- To be highly numerate
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
