SF are currently working with a client based in Newark who are looking for a part-time Finance Assistant to join an exciting business and have lots of opportunity. This is a job share role, to work 3 days per week with flexible working hours.
Duties of the Finance Assistant:
- Raising Invoices
- Inputting invoices onto the system
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Monthly review & preparation of the expense recharge sales invoices
- Issue of the sales invoices to clients
- Liaising with clients for payment
- Issue of statements of account and debt letters in accordance with company policy
- Reconciling receipts
- Accurate internal reporting & recording of receipts
- Separating out charges & exchange gains or losses
- General accounts support
The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, with good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, and Excel. You will have previous experience working within a finance environment and be self-motivated with a structured approach to work and time-management.
