Address- Pre-qualification compliance on supply chain and set up of new supplier accounts
- Process all subcontractor and general supplier invoices and ensuring documentation is correctly recorded and allocated to jobs and general overhead
- Process weekly payment runs via BACS, following company approval processes
- Reconcile supplier and subcontractor statements
- Processing monthly expenses and credit cards
- Processing client invoices and credit control
- Assisting with year end audit around AP and AR
- Other adhoc duties as required
- Assisting FC and Finance Manager when required

- Desired salary range £30,000 to £32,000
