They require a part-time Finance Assistant. You'll be joining a close-knot team based in Hartfield, located in the beautiful East Sussex countryside close to Ashdown Forest.
THE JOB:- Support the Finance Manager with the day-to-day accounting cycle, including maintaining both sales and purchase ledgers- Performing key reconciliations such as bank reconciliations- Raising invoices and paying suppliers- Preparing monthly payroll- Balance sheet requisitions- Credit control- Processing staff expenses- Dealing with general finance queries- General data entry using Xero and Unleashed.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:- 3+ years accounts experience in a similar role- Either AAT level 3/4 or qualified by experience- Knowledge of Xero accounting software and Unleashed inventory management (or similar)- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks- Advanced Excel skills- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills- High attention to detail- A problem-solving approach to work- Local to Hartfield, East Sussex.
SALARY & BENEFITS:- GBP14,404 - GBP15,464 per annum (20 hours per week)- Private healthcare- 25 days holiday pro rata- On-site parking.
