SalaryYour new companyOur client, a charity based in Sheffield, are looking for a part-time (2/3 days negotiable) financial assistant to join their team on a temporary basis of around 2 months. Pro rata on a part-time basis with full-time equivalent GBP22,000 - GBP25,000 per annum.
Your new roleThe role is to support the finance team utilising Xero as the main system with duties including but not limited to:
Mainly transactional finance looking after the purchase ledger,Petty cash reconciliations,Staff expenses,
Invoicing queries,Preparation of reports.What you'll need to succeedIdeally, you will be immediately available and have previous experience within an Accounts support / Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant role. You will need knowledge of Xero software, but any major finance systems knowledge is a benefit. An AAT qualification, or working towards it would be useful. Based in Sheffield or surrounding areas.
