Leading Insurance company based in the City is looking for an Executive PA to  support the CUO & 1 other Executive. This role will also provide administrative support to other Executives, as required, maintaining complete confidentiality and discretion at all times. This role will be working with other EA’s/PA’s to ensure the efficient running in respect of resources and working environment for the Executive team.

Ideal candidates will come from a Financial Services or Insurance background.

Role:

• Extensive diary management
• Organise and schedule meetings, lunches, dinners
• Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, take minutes during meetings and chase actions
• Manage email inboxes – responding and re-directing as required
• Acting as point of contact and directing enquiries as necessary
• Draft letters/ emails and documents
• Produce correspondence, reports and presentations as required
• Assist with the organisation of corporate hospitality to include Board dinners, employee social events, Executive away days and other events
• Book business travel arrangements; including flights, transportation and hotels
• Ad hoc general administrative duties and project work

Skills:

• Good organisational skills to multitask and work to tight deadlines as part of a busy team
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good computer skills to include:  outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail, taking pride in the quality of own work
• Effective problem solving skills
• Recognition of the need for discretion/ confidentiality 
• Experience as a PA to an Executive, preferably within the Lloyd’s or London insurance market or finance industry
• Able to liaise at all levels
• Able to prioritise workload
• Team player
• Wiling to take initiative and be proactive
