Our client is a well-established family run business based in West Leeds with an excellent reputation in their industry.
They are seeking a Finance Assistant to support the Financial Director on a Part Time basis (3 days per week).
Your duties will include:
- Maintain the purchase ledger and sales ledger.
- Weekly reconciliation of the company bank account:
- Monthly reconciliation of staff expenses (petty cash & credit cards) inc. travel & consumables.
- Post quarterly journals (Depreciation, Accruals, Prepayments).
- Prepare and submit the quarterly VAT Return: run sage report & internal database.
- Ad hoc tasks to support the finance director
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
