Finance Business Analyst

Hays Senior Finance is proud to be partnering with a renowned and established organisation who operate within Financial Services to recruit a Finance Business Analyst to their every growing team. This role is based in the west of Edinburgh 2 days a week in office, with flexible working hours.
Your new role
The role will be responsible for supporting a wide range of business change activities across multiple global projects, with great exposure to senior stakeholders. Previous experience and a foundational knowledge of Financial Services is a key requirement.
This role will provide great variety, with key duties as stated below:

• Responsible for managing programme budgets and work closely with stakeholders to discuss changes
• Managing workforce plan and the onboarding / offboarding of contractor resources
• Forecasting of headcount and adapting to business plans
• Engagement across a broad portfolio with management of a range of deliverables
• Responsible for a range of procurement activity including receipting of invoices
• Managing workforce plan and the onboarding / offboarding of contractor resources
• Strong excel and ability to produce content

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a core background in either project finance or PMO. You will have the ability to report and produce content in an accurate and timely manner, while being adaptable to change.
A willingness to grow and learn within a large organisation who can provide multiple career paths for candidates who apply themselves adequately.
