Finance Business Partner

We're seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join our global, import/ export client based in Gravesend and be an integral part of their success story.
As our Finance Business Partner, you'll play a crucial role in driving financial excellence and supporting strategic decision-making. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing insightful analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide financial guidance.
• Developing financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
• Conducting variance analysis and identifying areas for improvement to enhance financial performance.
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and investments.
• Monitoring financial KPIs, highlighting trends, and proactively addressing financial risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Accountancy qualification - ACA, ACCA, CIMA. 
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the import/export or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
