Finance Business Partner / Permanent role / Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid) / Salary £40,000 - £45,000 plus a great benefits scheme.

The Role:

Your role will be broad and varied, with regular exposure to senior stakeholders across this growing group.

Responsibilities will include:

• You will Business Partner with senior non-financial stakeholders across the business supporting with detailed analysis of financial and KPI reports.
• Provide analysis to drive meaningful insights to advise and influence stakeholders' decision-making to maximise revenue & profit
• You will prepare detailed financial and performance models and present these to cost centre heads
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Drive regular contact with leads to understand their forecasting predictions and support in driving improved operational performance.
• Your role will be visible to the business where you will support with any ad-hoc projects, reporting or analysis required by stakeholders

Key Skills

• Working towards qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Previous experience working closely with stakeholders
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and a continuous improvement culture
• Good system skills using Microsoft Excel is essential. Previous experience using PowerBI and Workday Adaptive Planning is desirable.
