Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide financial guidance and support
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes
- Evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimise financial outcomes
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate key insights and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance financial performance
Key essentials of the Finance Business Partner:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Excellent communication
- Advanced Excel skills are essential
