Finance Business Partner

* 12 month Fixed Term Contract
* 3 days in the office (based in Richmond)
* £65,000 + benefits
An opportunity to join a global business in a commercial role, you will provide Finance Business Partnering and analysis for a regional MD.
In this position, you will be key in providing analysis and insight. Your recommendations will support decisions for senior management outside of finance. Translating the numbers and influencing will be essential.
You will need to have experience of working for a medium to large organisation in a commercial finance role and be a qualified accountant who can produce management accounts.
The salary will be £65,000 plus benefits for a 12 month FTC.

Role Responsibilities
* Monthly management accounting
* Budgeting and forecasting
* Assisting the Head of Finance with strategic plans.
* Finance Business Partnering and challenging the numbers and generate insights.
* Travel and expenses analysis
* Partnering with non finance and senior management
* Analysing data and make recommendations to help business decisions
* Assisting with projects, ad-hoc analysis and continually improving processes
* Analyse numerical and verbal data
* Building strong working relationships with London/Richmond and overseas.
You will need to break information into component parts and be able to probe further for information. The role will also need you to provide workable solutions to a range of problems.
Liaise confidently with senior commercial management, whilst having a hands-on and detailed approach are the main aspects to this opportunity.
Your Skills & Experience
* You will be a Qualified Accountant with a background in management accounting and Finance Business Partnering
* Ideally experience in a large, global, business.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills; you will question and challenge information in a collaborative way.
* Ability to form internal and external relationships.
* Excellent organisational and time management essential.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to problem solve effectively.
