Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic employer near St. Austell. Working as part of a highly effective finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial insight to enable operational leadership to make informed decisions.

Finance Business Partner - The Role:

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing, analysing, and reporting financial information for management, providing insight into performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Business partnering operational teams and managers across multiple business functions such as retail and hospitality, providing support and improving understanding of the ROI of promotions, events and initiatives.
• Working closely with key operational stakeholders to deliver budget setting, transactional support, revenue and cost recognition, month end, data analysis and MI reporting, variance analysis, KPI analysis and reporting, P &L review meetings and various reporting.
• Continuous improvement of reporting, MI and data analysis.
• Supporting finance related projects.
• Identifying potential issues, developing and implementing solutions.

Finance Business Partner - The Rewards:

The role is office based with the option to work from home 1 days per week.

Finance Business Partner - The Person:

We are keen to hear from qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), or similar with hands-on accounting and Finance Business Partnering experience.

You will be a self-starter with a desire to work in a fast-paced, change environment where you will be comfortable working collaboratively within finance and operational teams.

A first-rate communicator with emotional intelligence, able to build effective relationships and use your influencing skills to ensure priorities / recommendations are actioned and implemented effectively.

A natural solutions finder with excellent analytical skills.

Competent analysing data and advanced Excel skills essential including use of formulas, look ups and pivot tables are essential, PowerBI would be useful.
