As a Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with various departments to provide financial insights, analysis, and support to drive strategic decision-making and business growth. You will be responsible for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and communicating financial implications to non-finance stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with department heads to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support to aid in decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess performance and inform future strategies.
- Identify areas for cost optimisation and efficiency improvement across the organisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases for new initiatives and investments.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance against KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
