Key Duties and Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to work closely with budget managers and other stakeholders to deliver financial plans, contributing to the financial success of the organisation. You will be key in the decision-making process by providing strategic insight and analysis, producing five-year financial plans and operating budgets for business units.
You will lead a team to ensure that a high quality and customer focused service is delivered to budget holders and stakeholders.
Duties include;
Business and financial planning - provide advice and guidance in the development of business plans
Business reporting - performance against financial and other performance indicator targets
Financial management - ensure up to date data is maintained on all financial accounts , manage preparation of five-year plans
About you
You will be a qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Proven experience of leading and managing a finance team
Good presentation skills
Excellent and proven stakeholder management skills
