Finance Business Partner

Robert Half are currently working with one of largest travel and tourism businesses to help them find a new qualified Finance Business Partner. This position will require an individual who is commercially minded, capable of managing numerous international entities, and contribute to the continuous growth of this excellent company. The Role:

In this Finance Business Partner role you will be responsible for (But not limited to):

• Manage a team of 3 direct reports and 4 indirect reports across various international entities
• Develop, monitor and review consistent financial and operational base KPI's to set the framework for measuring progress by base
• Develop monthly reporting packs and work with the Base Managers to provide financial insight and accountability
• Review monthly Base financial results (as part of month end process), variance analysis and commentary in conjunction with VP Operations and Base Managers
• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets in conjunction with the respective Base Managers, for review with the Head of Commercial Finance and Finance Director
• Business partner with the Base and Operations Managers across the numerous bases to provide continuous financial and operational improvement, challenge current ways of working, and drive insight that links financial reports to business strategies
• Work closely with the BVI Resort Manager to develop margin, pricing, and profitability analysis, and KPI data for the hotel, & restaurants
• Provide analysis and insight for product maintenance costs - identifying trends in the spend across different product types, ages, and locations
• Assist in preparation of business cases for new investment opportunities or strategic business decisions
• Identify areas for development and continuous improvement of processes
• Become a "Super user" for the forecasting reporting system, uploading the monthly forecast and budget data into the system
• Assist with the annual audit
• Undertaking any other duties and projects identified

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this position will be a proven finance professional who is now looking for an exciting challenge where they are able to have a strong commercial impact on the business specifically with international entities. This candidate must be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), and ideally will have experience in the Travel and Tourism sector.

Salary & Benefits:

This Finance Business Partner role will be offering between £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, as well as holiday, pension, private health-care, company discounts and further incredible company benefits.
