Finance Business Partner

Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner with excellent leadership skills?
If you have a strong background working in a Senior Finance role and you are a people-focused individual with excellent communication skills, this role is for you!
The role will involve building strong effective relationships within the team and throughout the business to provide insightful financial analysis of costs, support business cases and contribute to key decision-making.

Responsibilities:
* Line management of the Assistant Business Partners to ensure they are supported in delivering an efficient and effective service to stakeholders.
* Providing advisory financial support to nominated functions and to support the Assistant Director to ensure robust Financial management is in place
* Provide advice and support to the nominated support service functions to help inform business decisions for the Group.
* Assist with preparation of the annual budgets and associated monitoring and management of them throughout the year
* Assist the Assistant Director with accounts, liaison with internal and external auditors, as well as other external advisors as required.
* Collating and preparing business-critical financial information for Managers, Executives and Board Members.
* Undertaking any other appropriate duties commensurate with the level of the role
Skills and experience required:
* Fully qualified- CIMA/ACCA/ACA (Essential)
* Experience of Business Partnering (Essential)
* Experience of leading and managing a team (Essential)
* Experience of coaching others and improving/maintaining performance to achieve organisational goals
* Experience of Business Partnering
