Finance Business Partner

Grafton Banks Finance is recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a highly respected, growing c£100m turnover business with offices near Woking, Surrey. (Hybrid with two days per week remote working)

The position is a rounded finance role with a slant towards future financial planning. It will be a key role in providing robust financial planning support to the Finance Director along with the wider senior leadership team. Key responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, financial modelling both for revenue streams and business costs. This role will also assist in any new system implementations as and when they occur. The role will interact with all levels of the organisation including the senior leadership team, with a view to adding value and commercial awareness to the groups financial outlook and helping to drive the business forward.

• Monthly review of actuals vs budget and forecast with account managers.
• Prepare consolidated forecasts for discussion at monthly board meetings.
• Support the business to deliver adhoc forecasting and financial business reviews.
• Support and run the annual financial budget setting process.
• Prepare new external client contract budgets and models.
• New business costing.
• Track and be aware of statutory increases to be passed on to clients.
• Improve automation of current monthly financial forecasting and budgeting.
• Implement new streamlined management reporting to provide better information to the business and finance.

This role could suit a Finance Analyst or current Business Partner or even someone looking to move from practice in Audit or Accounts Prep into a commercial finance role.
