SalaryR13 Recruitment are currently supporting a fantastic business in their search for a Finance Controllerto join their Norfolk-based team, who operate within the manufacturing sector. You will be a key member finance team, delivering finance controlling for the UK entities within the group and ensuring a smooth manufacturing process.
Based in Diss, with occasional travel to other UK sites within the group, this is a full-time, permanent, position working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm. The offered salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.

The day to day
- Ensuring a streamlined manufacturing process across the UK.
- Carrying out monthly reporting on key areas such as price variation, working capital, overtime, production and more!
- Delivering budgets and forecasting future spend.
- Supporting on annual financial audits, ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth delivery of finance functions.
You will have/be
- Proven experience in a similar finance control position.
- CIMA educated or equivalent.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in project management.
- Strong IT skills including advanced Excel use and knowledge or ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise cross-geographically & at various business levels.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to proactively prioritise.
