This London based Finance & Data Analytics Associate role is with an established financial services business.
Job Description
The responsibilities of the successful candidate for this London based Finance & Data Analytics Associate position will include:
- LP/GP Venture Capital Fund Bookkeeping
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Annual Fund Audit documentation preparation
- Preparation of drawdown and distribution notices, and other LP reporting requirements
- Interpretation of LPAs and other Fund related legal documentation
- Update and maintain Fund and investor data
- Complete investor share allocations for EIS funds
- Utilise analytical tools and techniques to interpret and analyse complex datasets.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data to generate meaningful insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarising findings, providing actionable recommendations to support decision-making processes.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have the following background:
- Must be a fully qualified accountant (exam and time qualified)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R
- Experienced in reviewing and interpreting Fund related legal documentation
