Compliance Manager - Compliance Data And Analytics

Reed Finance is collaborating with an international firm to recruit a Compliance Manager. This role presents an exciting opportunity for compliance professionals who are passionate about leveraging data and technology to enhance and automate the company’s existing approaches. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s project to enhance monitoring and surveillance.
• Drive procedural changes by implementing new risk rating tools.
• Contribute to the success of the company’s CVT program.
• Continuously review and recommend improvements for orchestrating risk data.
• Automate and simplify the company's MI mechanisms.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of compliance experience in financial services, preferably within banking, with a track record of managing large data sets.
• Familiarity with international sanctions and experience working across different jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of SQL will be advantageous.
• Excellent skills in data analytics and reporting.
